1. Greet customers (in-office, phone, and online) and present our services
2. Explain the benefits of vinyl wraps, PPF, tinting, and exclusive Larte body kits
3. Prepare and send quotes, and close deals
4. Manage clients in the CRM — no lead gets lost
5. Coordinate with the production team for smooth order handoff
6. Be more than a salesperson — build trusting relationships as a consultant
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
8. Follow up post-sale, collect feedback, and encourage repeat business

1. Fluent in English and Spanish
2. At least 1 year of sales experience (auto services or client-facing roles preferred)

1. Install commercial vinyl wraps and graphics on vehicles, windows, and various surfaces
2. Operate printers to prepare and print graphic materials
3. Prepare surfaces for wrapping: clean, degrease, and level
4. Maintain quality control and proper care of tools
5. Work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines

1. 1+ year of experience in vehicle wrapping or graphic printing
2. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and motivation
3. Experience with commercial projects is a plus
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
