How to Plan Your Car Wrap: Booking, Timing, Quotes

It's Vitali.

One thing most people don't realize about getting a car wrapped: the best shops aren't sitting empty waiting for you. Here's how to plan it right so your car gets done when you want it done.

Busy day at the CWD shop with full install bays — Custom Wrap Design Miami

How far ahead to book

My install schedule typically books 1–1.5 weeks out. That's normal for a shop doing this properly — quality work takes bay time, and bay time is finite. If you have a deadline (a trip, an event, a lease return), work backwards from it and reach out early.

Holiday season fills faster

End of the year is our busiest stretch. If you want your car done before the holidays, don't wait until December to start the conversation. The earlier you lock a slot, the more choice you have on timing.

The quote and consultation are free

No pressure beyond that. The quote is free, the consultation is free — and the slot is yours if you want it. Get your free quote whenever you're ready, and read up on paint protection film or browse the blog while you decide.
