TESLA GLASS ROOF TINT & WHY IT MATTERS
Tesla glass roof tint is the single most impactful add-on you can make on a Model 3 or Model Y — because the panoramic roof is the largest heat source on the car. The factory roof has some UV filtering, but it does very little for infrared heat, which is the heat you actually feel inside the cabin.

The film is cut as a single piece in most cases, applied from the inside, and tuned for the curvature of each model. FLORIDA TINT LAW FOR TESLA OWNERS
Florida sets legal limits at 28% VLT on the front side windows, 15% VLT on the rear side and rear window for passenger cars, and 6% VLT on the rear side glass for SUVs and vans. The windshield can carry non-reflective film along the top six inches.
