Preserve the paint
Protects against chips, road debris, light scratches, and routine wear without changing the factory color. Front-end coverage usually includes bumper, hood, front fenders, and mirrors — rockers and lower doors added for frequent highway or unpaved-road driving.
Stealth Satin PPF
Gloss becomes satin
Changes gloss paint to satin while protecting the original finish underneath. The look suits the R1S and R1T because the softer texture follows their broad, simple body lines. Careful finishing around edges, badges, handles, and trim keeps the satin consistent.
Colored PPF
Color plus protection
Works well when you want a different finish without giving up chip and abrasion resistance. More protection than traditional vinyl, available in gloss, satin, matte, and darker neutral finishes.

Its bumper, hood, mirrors, and lower body collect regular driving wear — but door edges and the rear loading area may matter just as much when the vehicle carries children, pets, luggage, or sports equipment. A wrap can create a full color change or satin finish; clear or Stealth PPF makes more sense when preserving factory paint is the priority.

More Than Front-End Protection
The R1T adds high-contact areas around the bed, tailgate, gear tunnel, rockers, and lower doors. If you carry bikes, tools, camping supplies, or boating equipment, those areas may need as much attention as the hood and bumper. Owners who drive off pavement often add lower-body coverage. PPF is the stronger fit when gravel, branches, loading, and highway debris are the larger concern — though film cannot prevent dents from heavier contact.

Shorter Body — Its Own Details
The R2 shares Rivian’s design language, but its shorter body and different panel proportions create their own installation details. Coverage around the front end, lower doors, cameras, trim, and charging access needs to fit the R2 itself rather than being carried over from a larger platform. Clear PPF, Stealth film, colored PPF, vinyl, tint, and coating can all be selected around how the vehicle is driven and parked.

Can You Wrap a Leased Rivian?
A leased Rivian can often be wrapped when the lease terms and paint condition allow it. Vinyl is the more common choice for a temporary color change — it costs less than colored PPF and removes before return. Clear PPF may also help limit wear on exposed factory paint.
